Our client was experiencing problems from an unsustainable existing well which if not rectified could have had a detrimental effect on the Companies production.

Our remediation works included; removing the pump and rising main, scrubbing and cleaning the internal casing, sparging to agitate, air-lifting to remove sediment, replacing electrical pump cable, reinstallation of pump and rising main before running to waste. The well is as good as new and achieving maximum productivity.

Although the client had mains water supply, due to the recent increase in the standard cost of living they opted to have a private supply installed instead.
We installed an abstraction well to 85 metres which included the supply and installation of all associated ancillary equipment. In addition we carried out trench works, pipe works and electrical works required to replace the previous source. The property is now fully serviced by the water well, and the client will shortly be reaping the benefits from this change.

Whilst carryout this project the client also recommended our service to a neighbouring property.
We have since completed similar works for this client too.

The client was proposing to build a new holiday home in a remote location near Barrhill, where a main supply was unattainable. We were asked to provide an abstraction well to service the property.
In doing so we installed a well to 70 metres which included the supply and installation of all associated ancillary equipment. The owners can now relax and enjoy the comforts holiday home and surroundings.

A local farmer made an enquiry regarding a water well due to his high volume of usage, resulting in expensive rates from Water Authorities. After consultation, he decided the best way forward would be to proceed with his own well.
We installed an abstraction well to 55 metres which included the supply and installation of all associated ancillary equipment. In addition we carried out trench works, pipe works and electrical works required to replace the previous source. However, after testing it was evident a content of calcium, magnesium and coliforms were present in the supply. To oppress this content to a “Potable” level we installed an Ultra Violet Disinfectant unit and a non-intrusive lime scale remover.
The farm is now fully serviced by the water well, and due to their high consumption will benefit from payback in around twelve months.
